Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: July 9, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Systemores AI Agent Auditor (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using this diagnostic tool.

2. Use of Service & Restrictions

The Service is a diagnostic gateway intended for developer research, prototyping, and evaluation of system prompts. You agree not to:

  • Reverse Engineer: Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, translate, decode, or otherwise attempt to derive or extract the source code, underlying algorithms, Needs-Press psychometric dimensions, scoring models, scoring weights, or heuristics of the Service.
  • Scrape or Extract Data: Scrape, crawl, harvest, mine, or use any automated scripts, bots, spiders, or other software to systematically download, extract, cache, or store the diagnostic results, scores, profiles, recommendations, or reports generated by the Service.
  • Train or Validate Competing Models: Use any portion of the Service, including the results, outputs, calculations, scoring data, or insights, to train, test, benchmark, evaluate, fine-tune, or validate any machine learning model, large language model, automated auditor, or competing automated auditing and evaluation system.
  • Submit Bulk Prompts: Use automated crawlers, scripts, or processes to submit bulk prompts to our scoring endpoints or flood our Model Context Protocol (MCP) server integration without our express prior written permission.
  • Violate Policies: Use the tool to process inputs that violate Google's generative AI safety guidelines or applicable local laws.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, layout, styling tokens, algorithms, the Model Context Protocol (MCP) server integration, and the 21-dimension psychometric score models are the exclusive intellectual property of Systemores LLC. Any outputs, custom diagnostic profiles, reports, and scores generated by the Service are provided to you solely for the authorized purpose of evaluating your system prompts and may not be repackaged, redistributed, licensed, or incorporated into commercial software, competing products, or public databases without our prior written consent.

4. Disclaimers & Behavioral Math

The Auditor calculates behavioral projections based on mathematical models (Murray's Needs-Press model percentiles). These results are predictive scores meant to aid software alignment and do not constitute legal advice, regulatory compliance validation, or psychological diagnoses. We make no warranties, express or implied, that the diagnostics are 100% accurate or complete.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Systemores LLC will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service, or any business decisions made based on its diagnostic scores.

6. Data & Privacy

System prompts submitted to this Service are processed in-memory for the purpose of behavioral analysis and are not stored, logged, or used for model training. For details on how data is handled, please review our Privacy Policy.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
