Welcome to the Systemores AI Agent Auditor (the "Playground"), operated by Systemores LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the confidentiality of the system prompts and inputs you audit using our diagnostic tools.

2. Ephemeral Data Processing & Model Training Exclusion

We do not store, persist, or reuse your system prompts. Any text prompts, configuration parameters, or files you input into the Auditor are processed entirely in memory. Once the diagnostic calculation is complete, these inputs are immediately discarded and are not saved in any database, cache, or log files controlled by Systemores LLC.

Furthermore, we do not use, and will never use, your submitted prompts, input data, or generated diagnostic results to train, tune, validate, or improve our own internal machine learning models, algorithms, or any third-party models.

3. Data Transfer & Third Parties

To perform the behavioral psychometrics, the Playground communicates with:

Google Gemini API: Used ephemerally to analyze prompt text and map it to behavioral Needs-Press profile indicators. All API calls are executed through developer endpoints with zero-data-retention or ephemeral processing, ensuring Google does not log or use your prompts to train their models.
Systemores Core API: Used to score those indicators across 21 psychological variables derived from Murray's Needs-Press model. These scoring requests are processed in real-time, in-memory, and are not saved, stored, or used for model optimization.
Vercel Web Analytics: A privacy-first, cookie-free telemetry tool used to track page views and feature clicks anonymously to help us improve the tool. No personal data, IP addresses, or audited prompts are stored.

4. Security

We implement industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit. This ensures that any system prompt you input into the interface is encrypted between your browser and our server endpoints.
